S.Q.W. ("uygulama"), kullanıcı mahremiyetini temel ilke olarak benimser. Uygulama tamamen çevrimdışı çalışır: hiçbir kişisel veri toplanmaz, hiçbir sunucuya veri gönderilmez. 6698 sayılı KVKK ve AB GDPR kapsamında:
Cihaz verileri: Ruh hali tercihleri, oturum istatistikleri, başarım durumu, PRO preset'leri, dil seçimi ve tanıtım durumu yalnızca cihazınızda localStorage'da saklanır. Hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez, tarafımızca görülmez.
AURA Frekans Rehberi: AURA tamamen cihaz içinde, çevrimdışı çalışır. Hiçbir mesaj veya veri internete, herhangi bir yapay zeka servisine ya da üçüncü tarafa gönderilmez.
Toplanmayanlar: Ad, soyad, e-posta, telefon, konum, IP adresi, reklam kimliği — hiçbir kişisel tanımlayıcı toplanmaz. Uygulamada reklam ve üçüncü taraf izleme (analytics) bulunmaz.
Hukuki sebep: Açık rıza (KVKK m.5, GDPR m.6). Amaç: Uygulama tercihlerinin yalnızca cihazda hatırlanması. Veriler cihazınızdan ayrılmadığı için tarafımıza herhangi bir veri aktarımı gerçekleşmez.

Uygulama çevrimdışı çalıştığı için içeriğinde üçüncü taraf veri işleyici bulunmaz. Google Play: Uygulama Google Play üzerinden indirildiyse, indirme/satın alma işlemleri Google'ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir: policies.google.com/privacy.
Veriler yalnızca siz silene kadar cihazınızda saklanır. Uygulama içi "Tüm Verileri Sil" seçeneğiyle ya da uygulamayı kaldırarak tamamen silinebilir.
Uygulama 13 yaş altına yönelik değildir ve çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamaz.
Bu politika güncellenebilir; güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır.

S.Q.W. ("the app") respects user privacy as a fundamental principle. The app runs fully offline: no personal data is collected and no data is sent to any server. Under GDPR and applicable laws:
Device data: Mood preferences, session stats, achievements, presets, language selection and intro status are stored only in localStorage on your device. Never sent to any server, never seen by us.
AURA Frequency Guide: AURA runs entirely on-device, offline. No message or data is ever sent to the internet, to any AI service, or to any third party.
Not collected: Name, email, phone, location, IP address, advertising ID — no personal identifiers are collected. The app contains no ads and no third-party analytics or tracking.
Legal basis: Explicit consent (GDPR Art.6). Purpose: Remembering preferences locally on your device only. Because data never leaves your device, no data is transferred to us.

You may exercise your GDPR Art.15-22 rights by contacting the data controller.
Because the app runs offline, it contains no third-party data processors. Google Play: If downloaded via Google Play, downloads/purchases are subject to Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Data is stored only on your device until you delete it via "Clear All Data" in the app, or by uninstalling the app.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
